These custom built luxury units on the Central Coast are the head turner of Terrigal and proudly constructed by local builders Central Coast Luxury Homes.

On a relatively small 450m2 block Central Coast Luxury Homes were contracted to custom build this luxury 3 unit development to extremely high building standards.

To construct these units on this size of land presented many challenges. There was considerable retaining with grout injected piers to the boundary to allow for the excavation for the basement level. All of the floors are suspended concrete with high detail and much engineering required.

These units are quite different inside as they have curved and splayed walls making set out extremely difficult. The architectural side fins located at the front and the curves on the back required detail formwork for the concrete and framing.

These units are world class with marble benchtops to kitchens, entertainment and vanities. A cosy gas fireplace and an extremely high detailed tiling layout for the floors. These units turned out exactly as the architect intended with a stunning fitout.

The end result is nothing less than spectacular! Everyone that walks past these units looks. There are lots of people walking past daily, as this is located at the prime location on the Central Coast in the heart of Terrigal with the best views the Central Coast has to offer.
